The course begins with an introduction to the three pillars of OKRs: objectives, key results and scores. The course includes techniques to set objectives and identify metrics. Finally participants learn to deploy OKRs in an enterprise environment at the organizational, team and individual levels. This course provides participants with the skills necessary to create an environment of autonomy, transparency, organizational alignment and ambitious goal setting.
