Design thinking is a framework enabling innovation and organizational agility, helping solve increasingly complex and ambiguous problems. The course begins with the underlying principles of Design Thinking and transitions to hands-on activities including problem analysis, problem reframing and ideation. In addition, the course introduces facilitation skills to teams, providing teams the foundation to practice Design Thinking on their own. The course ends with an exercise using a business canvas to identify clear next steps to make ideas a reality.
